The language of these terms and conditions is French.

All bookings/orders placed on the “Franck PUTELAT” website (https://www.franckputelat.com//) are subject to these general terms and conditions.

Reservations/ orders are kept on a durable medium and can be communicated to you, on request, for any order greater than 120 euros.

We inform you that, to the extent that you book/order online, your agreement regarding the content of these terms and conditions does not require a handwritten signature.

In effect, your agreement will be to tick the box corresponding to the following sentence: “I acknowledge having read and accepted the general conditions of the site.”

Offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available places.

Article 2.1 – Availability of reserved seats

Availability information is provided at the time of placing your order.

In the event of unavailability after placing your order, you will be notified by email upon receipt of the information in our possession.

Your unavailable order will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded if your bank account has been debited.

Prices are quoted in euros including all taxes (VAT + other taxes).

The Table de Franck Putelat reserves the right to change its prices at any time but reservations will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of your validation of the order.

Article 3.2 – Order validation

Once your order is complete, you access your shopping cart by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.

By consulting your cart, you can read the summary of your order.

You then access a form in which you can register on the site by completing the form that asks you for your personal data (name, surname, telephone number, etc.).

You must verify the completeness and compliance of the information you provide when booking, including your telephone number.

The Table of Franck Putelat cannot be held responsible for any errors of input.

Article 4 – Payment of the price

To pay your order, several payment methods are available to you during the final validation of the purchase order:

– Credit card: Payments by credit card are made through transactions secured by our payment provider, STRIPE.Credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Soket Layer) protocol, and never pass through the network in clear. Payment is made directly to the bank.

If the bank refuses, the order will not be honoured and will be automatically cancelled.

Article 5 – The right of withdrawal

As a private consumer, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

In case of cancellation beyond 14 days of withdrawal, the deposit is not refunded.
